Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at art@joyceclarkdesign.com. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
