Is your jewelry waterproof and tarnish resistant?

Many Joyce Clark Design pieces are made from stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating—a durable finish designed to resist water, tarnishing, and fading while maintaining its beautiful color and shine for years. Our waterproof styles can be worn while showering, swimming, and exercising.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at art@joyceclarkdesign.com with your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–5 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer $5.95 flat-rate shipping across the US. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I start a return?

Email art@joyceclarkdesign.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and complete shipping instructions.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To help keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotions, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. When you're not wearing it, gently wipe it clean and store it in a dry place. Our waterproof styles are designed for showering, swimming, and exercising, but thoughtful care can help preserve their finish and shine.

How do I track my order?
